Organizational Coaching
Embedded Coaching makes reflection and coaching a natural part of everyday working life. Rather than being a stand-alone coaching programme, it provides a dedicated framework of support directly on the shop floor. Here, I guide individuals to handle professional challenges in a way that is authentic and true to who they are, or to transition more confidently into a new role.
Organizations typically engage me for:
- My regular presence as an independent coach within the organization
- Support during leadership transitions or organizational change
- A pilot programme to explore the value of Embedded Coaching in practice
€990,- per fixed half-day (approx. 4 hours), excluding VAT
During this half-day, I am present within the organization. This time combines scheduled coaching conversations with the flexibility for employees and leaders to reach out spontaneously. Because I am regularly available, they know there is always a confidential partner to talk to—without first having to decide whether their question or concern is “serious enough”.
For employees or leaders who prefer to be coached away from the workplace for privacy reasons, sessions can also take place at my practice locations in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid or het Gooi. A hybrid (online) option is also available upon request.
As I become more familiar with the organisation and its day-to-day environment, I gain insight into recurring patterns that influence collaboration, leadership, and communication. If desired, I can provide periodic, high-level feedback based on anonymised observations of broader organisational patterns.
Confidentiality is the foundation of my work. Individual coaching conversations are always strictly confidential, are never shared, and are never traceable to individuals.
The frequency and format of our collaboration are tailored entirely to the organization’s specific needs and circumstances.
Individual Coaching
Sometimes, an individual coaching programme outside the organization is preferred. This is often chosen for privacy, when someone needs an independent sounding board away from the workplace, or wants to invest consciously in their personal or professional development.
Every programme starts with a free intake session, typically followed by five coaching sessions of approximately 75 minutes each. Sessions take place at one of my coaching locations in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid or het Gooi, or on-site at the organization.
- Business rate: €225,- per 75-minute session (excluding VAT, intake session is free of charge)
- Private clients: €900,- including VAT for a complete programme (free intake session and five coaching sessions)
In many organisations, personal development has become an integral part of good employer practice, often supported by an individual development or training budget. Coaching is increasingly recognized as a key component of this, and programmes are regularly (fully or partially) funded by the employer.
Travel expenses and any external venue costs will be charged separately.

A successful partnership starts with trust and transparency. For longer-term projects or an initial pilot phase, I’m happy to create a proposal tailored to your needs and your organization.
An introductory meeting is always free of charge and with no obligation.
